EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM/SUICIDE PREVENTION
Anniston Army Depot’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to assist all employees with issues that may impact the organizations productivity. Staffed with professionals who are trained and certified to provide intervention for a variety of problems that can arise in the workplace such as drug and alcohol issues, behavioral/ mental health issues, financial problems and many other issues that may hinder an employee’s performance, the EAP is the go to source for providing training in these areas also.
The EAP offers the following services: screening, short term counseling, referral services and follow-up services for the issue(s) impacting work performance. The EAP can also serve as a consultant to management in regard to issues that cause workplace performance issues providing training to management and non-management employees.
